Business Revenue Structure

Revenue &Distribution Model

The Blinko revenue model separates gross trading results, operating costs, risk reserves, net platform revenue and eligible platform distributions.

Important distinction

Trading Result Is Not the Same as User ROI

A visible market spread may create a potential trading opportunity, but the full spread does not automatically become company profit.

Trading fees, settlement expenses, slippage, technology, compliance, operations and risk reserves may reduce the gross trading result.

Any user distribution is separately affected by available platform revenue, applicable plan rules, account eligibility and the distribution cycle.

Revenue process

From Gross Result to Net Revenue

Gross Trading Result

The starting point is the gross result produced by eligible company trading activity before expenses and reserves are deducted.

Trading & Settlement Costs

Exchange fees, liquidity costs, slippage, blockchain charges and settlement expenses reduce the gross result.

Technology & Operations

Infrastructure, software, security, compliance, support and business operating expenses may be deducted.

Risk & Liquidity Reserve

Part of the available result may be retained to support liquidity, risk management and future operating requirements.

Net Platform Revenue

The amount remaining after applicable costs and reserves represents the example net platform revenue.

What May Affect User Distribution?

Available Platform Revenue

Distribution availability depends on actual available platform revenue and operating conditions.

Applicable Participation Plan

Different participation structures may have different conditions, limits and calculation rules.

Account Status

Wallet verification, account eligibility and compliance status may affect distribution access.

Distribution Cycle

Availability may depend on the applicable calculation, settlement and distribution cycle.

Simplified formula

Net Platform Revenue

Gross Trading Result − Trading Costs − Settlement Costs − Operating Costs − Risk Reserve

Any eligible user distribution is calculated separately under applicable platform rules and should not be treated as a guaranteed fixed return.

Important clarification

Revenue and Returns Are Not Guaranteed

Trading results may vary or become negative. Platform revenue, account distributions and withdrawal availability may be affected by market, liquidity, technical, operational and regulatory conditions.
