Refund overview

Before submitting a request

Review Required

Step 01

Check transaction status

Confirm whether the blockchain transaction succeeded.

Step 02

Collect evidence

Keep the transaction hash and wallet details.

Step 03

Submit a request

Explain the issue through the official contact form.

A refund request is reviewed individually and is not guaranteed.

Blockchain finality

Confirmed blockchain transactions are normally irreversible.

Limited eligibility

Refunds may be reviewed for verified platform-side errors.

User responsibility

Wallet addresses, tokens and networks must be checked before payment.

Legal rights

Mandatory statutory rights are not removed by this Policy.

Review transaction details carefully

Sending funds to the wrong address or network may result in permanent loss. Always confirm the token, network, amount and destination before approving a transaction.

Section 01

General policy

Refunds are considered only in limited cases. A refund is not automatically available after a blockchain transaction has been submitted or confirmed.

Section 02

When a refund may be considered

A refund or account correction may be reviewed where there is a verified platform-side error.

  • A duplicate payment was received.
  • Funds were received but were not correctly credited.
  • A platform technical error caused an incorrect charge.
  • A transaction failed before the intended service was provided.

Section 03

Non-refundable cases

The following cases are normally not eligible for a refund:

  • A confirmed blockchain transaction.
  • Funds sent to an incorrect wallet address.
  • Use of an unsupported token or blockchain network.
  • Blockchain gas, bridge or third-party service fees.
  • Losses caused by market price movement.
  • A service already used or completed.

Section 04

Wrong address or network

Users must check the wallet address, token and blockchain network before confirming a transaction. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, and Blinko Arb may be unable to recover incorrectly sent assets.

Section 05

Refund request process

Submit a request through the official contact section and provide the wallet address, transaction hash, amount, network and a clear explanation of the issue.

  • Requests may require wallet or identity verification.
  • Additional evidence may be requested.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Section 06

Review and processing

Requests are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. Approved refunds may depend on blockchain confirmation, liquidity, payment-provider rules and applicable network fees.

Legal clarification

Statutory rights remain protected

Nothing in this Refund Policy removes any consumer or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded. Refund eligibility may differ where applicable law requires another outcome.
