General policy
Refunds are considered only in limited cases. A refund is not automatically available after a blockchain transaction has been submitted or confirmed.
Section 02
When a refund may be considered
A refund or account correction may be reviewed where there is a verified platform-side error.
- A duplicate payment was received.
- Funds were received but were not correctly credited.
- A platform technical error caused an incorrect charge.
- A transaction failed before the intended service was provided.
Section 03
Non-refundable cases
The following cases are normally not eligible for a refund:
- A confirmed blockchain transaction.
- Funds sent to an incorrect wallet address.
- Use of an unsupported token or blockchain network.
- Blockchain gas, bridge or third-party service fees.
- Losses caused by market price movement.
- A service already used or completed.

Wrong address or network
Users must check the wallet address, token and blockchain network before confirming a transaction. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, and Blinko Arb may be unable to recover incorrectly sent assets.

Refund request process
Submit a request through the official contact section and provide the wallet address, transaction hash, amount, network and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Requests may require wallet or identity verification.
- Additional evidence may be requested.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Review and processing
Requests are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. Approved refunds may depend on blockchain confirmation, liquidity, payment-provider rules and applicable network fees.
